Clifton House Wellness Studio

Clifton House Wellness Studio is a majestic Georgian home overlooking the Haliburton estate across the road, Clifton House opened in late 2017 as home to our FitYoga Studio. It quickly blossomed into a warm, welcoming community of healers and yoga practitioners offering a wide variety of yoga, wellness, and healing practitioners. As a result of the global COVID-19 protocols, our in-person classes are currently suspended. As a way to encourage continued connections and easy access to wellness services for quarantined and self-isolating people and families, we are putting together a selection of online offerings from our beloved instructors. Online offerings include yoga, Pilates, meditations, family and kid activities, and more. We will add more as we grow.We provide an open and welcoming community.
