Go North Tours began in 2009 and 13 seasons later, is considered a leader in offering the highest quality tours. Laila North, owner and tour guide, has worked in the travel industry for 16 years starting as a tour guide in Churchill, Manitoba taking visitors to see the polar bears. Prior to that, she had been working in the wine industry for 4 years. Since coming to Nova Scotia, she started the first wine tour company of the province, a division of Go North Tours called Uncork Nova Scotia.
