Formerly Moe's Music School. Jake Smith Music is dedicated to educating students of all ages and backgrounds. We offer private and online lessons in various instruments including Guitar, Drums, Bass, Piano, Voice and Ukulele. We also offer Summer Rock Camp and Country Camp.
Located in Windsor Nova Scotia. Instructor/owner Jake Smith is a two-time East Coast Music Award winner with The Jimmy Swift band and The Fed Pennies. He has produced three CDs with The Fed Pennies, directed several music videos, and opened for Ozzy Osbourne. The Fed Pennies have had singles in regular rotation across Canada and the USA and were featured on a SEGA video game with Sum 41. In 2017/18 he co-produced/engineered and played on Terra Spencer's debut album Other People's Lives which was nominated for a Music Nova Scotia award. He has over 20 years of experience in the music industry, teaching private and online lessons, and running summer music camps.
